It’s all about growing
September 11
I am mindful of sending a message on the day that marks 23 years since the beginning of the devastating reverberating global impacts of the World Trade Center attacks.
This is also the morning after Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a powerful debate performance, standing in stark contrast to the relentless chaos of former President Trump.
I am celebrating the Harris-Walz team and am reminded of Michelle Obama’s words from her stunning speech at the DNC: “hope is making a comeback.”
On a more personal note, today is also my dear parents' 54th wedding anniversary. I know: tough day for an anniversary. I admire and appreciate how they continue to lean into the many challenges of life with immense love and joy. I can’t help but see that—if life is about growing—they are ‘winning’ at this game of life. Truly, truly.
Which, from my perspective, is what it’s all about. It’s all about growing.
Which is why Fractally Whole came into being.
It’s all about growing.
And, as human beings, we are nudged to grow in three main ways:
• Through practice and action
• In response to inspiration
• In response to disruption (when things change or fall apart)
Fractally Whole supports all three at once, providing space to:
• Practice listening for the wisdom within you.
• Identify and take meaningful action.
• Create conditions that help you respond to inspiration when it arrives.
• Build capacity to navigate life’s disruptions.
• Reduce the impact of disruptions by acting before life forces new actions.
Outcomes of Fractally Whole Coaching:
• Living in connection with your own deep wisdom.
• Regenerating your health and energy.
• Increasing capacity for co-creation.
• Ultimately, experiencing fulfillment.
What do people come to Fractally Whole coaching to work on?
